The warranty timeline is as follows:

With photographic proof of haft breakage, the haft will be replaced ONCE within the warranty period.
The customer is only responsible for the shipping cost for the replacement haft. shipping cost
Each haft has a serial number, which must be plainly visible in the images along with the break / damage. It is not mandatory, but we would appreciate a brief description of how the break occurred with several close up images. This helps us refine our design.
The replacement haft has no warranty period remaining as the warranty is for ONE replacement. It will also have a serial number to indicate it as a replacement haft.
There is no warranty, explicit or implied regarding the leather impact strap or the jute wrap other than it will decay with fighting. They are both wear items and will wear out over time.
There is no warranty on the mounting of the head of the weapon. You mounted it, but we do strongly suggest a peened steel pin coupled with an epoxy set.
The Hafts that have the fiberglass mat upgrade are covered against delamination at the fiberglass layer for as long as YOU own the haft. This should never happen, but if it does, we will replace the haft and honor the remainder of the warranty period, if any remains.
